ANES ferries to Greece, and the Dodecanese Islands, including cheap ferries to Rhodes, ferries to Symi and ferries to Kos are not currently available on ferrysavers.com, but we are working hard to make them available to book soon.

To find alternative cheap routes and services you can either search for a specific ferry using our book by route engine, or you can compare ferry deals between Greece and the Dodecanese Islands by using our real-time comparison engine above. For alternative operators to ANES please see the list to the right including Blue Star Ferries and Agoudimos Lines.

ANES (the Anonymous Ferry Company of Symi) was created in 1979 to help with the transport and commercial problems facing the island of Symi. The creation of ANES helped to increase tourism to the island, and allow residents to remain rather than moving away. ANES remains a public-spirited concern today, with most of the 1,300 share-holders residents of Symi and Rhodes.

ANES operates its routes with 3 ferries, the Symi II, Proteus, and AG Nektarios, and a `flying dolphin fast hydrofoil ferry, the Aegli, connecting Symi to Rhodes, Tilos, Kos, Kasterlorizo, Nissyros, and Panormitis and Piraeus with Aegina.<.p>
