Celtic Link is a relatively new company, established in 2005, which operates a car ferry and freight service between Cherbourg in the north of France and both Rosslare and, since Autumn 2009, Portsmouth. These are both very popular holiday routes in both directions. Celtic Link's ferries are the Diplomat, which as a bar, shops, wide-screen televisions and 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed cabins with en-suite bathroom facilities, and the Norman Voyager. Built in 2008, the Norman Voyager has 110 cabins, Le Bistro du Norman self-service restaurant, bar, cinema, wi-fi access, shop and several comfortable lounges, making it one of the most pleasant ways to cross the Channel. |
