Livorno ferry port is located on Italy's west coast by the glittering Tyrrhenian Sea. The port is the third largest on the west coast, and is a gateway for many of the visitors who flock to the region of Tuscany every year to visit sites such as Pisa and Florence.

Livorno houses a wide range of attractions and sights to visit and explore, such as the Monumento Dei Quattro Mori, the Sanctuary of Montenero, dedicated to Our Lady of the Graces and famous for the adjacent gallery, and the Piazza della Repubblica. Also popular are the Museo Mascagnano, which houses memorabilia such as documents and operas by the great composer Pietro Mascagni, and the Monument of the Four Turks, dedicated to Grand Duke Ferdinando II de' Medici of Tuscany, one of the most important monuments of Livorno

    Food for thought
    • Easy check in, but on board food was pretty ordinary. High prices for cold spaghetti. Dogs urinating on board was a bit of a turn off.

    Bastia to Livono
    • We enjoyed our trip to Livorno. The boarding was a bit chaotic, but the journey was fine. We booked a cabin even tho it was a daytime crossing. Very comfortable and the bed enormous. The restaurant was OK too. We would do that crossing again.

    Great experience
    • This ferry had nothing to envy a cruise ship. It was classy, comfortable and offered all you need to make this trip comfortable. Staff who greet you and lead you to the exit could be a little kinder though.

comfortable overnight crossing from Sardinia to Livorno.
    • We booked an inside cabin which was reasonably comfortable, good shower. The matrass was a bit thin but we still got a good sleep. Not troubled by any noise overnight. Very easy and quick embarkation. A short queueing time for getting off at Livorno.
