Cairnryan Information
The port at Cairnryan is only 5 miles from Starnraer, and has good road connections to Glasgow and a long-term car park. Cairnryan is a small Scottish village overlooking Loch Ryan in the south-west of Scotland, set amongst some glorious countryside. Cairnryan is mostly notable today for its large, modern ferry port, and has been of vital importance in maritime history, due to its use during the Second World War. During the War Cairnryan's port had three piers and a military railway constructed by the army linking the village with Stranraer. These developments along with its strategic position of being closer by sea to Northern Ireland paved the way for Cairnryan to be regarded as a vital Scottish port ever since.
Belfast Information
Titanic Belfast is a 'must see' place on any trip to Belfast and has become the most popular tourist attraction in Northern Ireland and one of the top attractions in Ireland. The city itself was voted as one of the best visited cities in Europe.
Belfast's ferry port is located in the heart of Belfast city with easy and well signposted access from all major routes. The ferry port is therefore just moments away from all that Belfast has to offer; from the bustling shopping quarter to the remarkable Victorian Architecture and the breath-taking views of rolling countryside and open seas.
Within minutes of driving off the ferry you can join the network of motorways through Northern Ireland, getting you quickly on your way to your final destination, or why not stay in Belfast and soak up the city's rich cultural history and vibrant, modern atmosphere. From a trip to the zoo to a guided walking tour of the city there is something to capture everyone's attention on a trip to Belfast, one of the UK's major cities.

Good trip easy getting on off ferry. Next to me I will wait 15 mins after disembarking at Cairnryan though it was like a racetrack for large wagons leaving the ferry on the A75 a bit scary with some of the impatient drivers in the dark on a road that I was unfamiliar with
