Liverpool Information

Liverpool ferry port is located on the River Mersey close to Liverpool's famous waterfront. The city has long been home to a great and historic shipping port since the 12th century when it was granted a charter by King John.

Liverpool is a former European Capital of Culture, and has a wide variety of things to do both around the city centre and near the port area. Further along the bank of the Mersey, visitors will find Liverpool's famous waterfront, home to the Royal Liver building and the Cunard building. Closer to the city centre visitors will find art galleries and museums, along with shopping centres and restaurants, and of course many dedicated sites to Liverpool's most famous sons, the Beatles.

    Excellent
    • Does exactly what it said. Ferry to Liverpool, excellent value, lovely staff. Bit chilly in the lounge. No frills, clean, fairly comfortable with fair priced cabins should you require.
