30 Sep 2019Very pleasantly surprised

We enjoyed the entertainment that we seen, the ship was clean and well run and would recommend this ferry service to others as it was the nicest ferry that I have done this trip on , All the staff on board where very nice, apart from one girl who worked in the bar , she tried to overcharge myself and then my husband on 2 separate occasions and when we said to her about the discrepancy with our drinks and change, she then became very rude about serving us after that , she would serve others people that came to the bar after us leaving me or my husband waiting, we where up at the bar to see the entertainment but due to being made feel uncomfortable we retired to our room early when the juggling act was on missing the main entertainment, apart from this one girl we had a very nice trip and I would use this company again over any of the others I have previously used .

08 Jul 2019Small cabins, but overall good.

Everything on board and checking in was ascites should be. However, I had chosen a four berth cabin for the extra space, it was disappointingly small. I imagine that it would be very cramped if there were four people in it. Apart from that it was OK. The on board WiFi was good, the food was good.
