The quality of the boat, and the onboard facilities and service, were excellent. I do think, though, that there should be more information made available prior to boarding, and specifically by email before the ferry date. As an example, I had not been informed that luggage needed to be brought well before the passenger arrival time. When I discovered this, it cut into the time that I had available for sightseeing, as the ferry terminal is some distance away from the town of St. Malo.
