Shame about some of the staff
    • We arrived in lots of time to secure parking and check in. An irate lady came and moved us shouting that the parking was for hotel staff only. We moved and tried to find more parking - which we subsequently had to pay for. This made us nearly miss our ferry so imagine our annoyance when it turns out she was the lady booking us in and was just late for work!!!! She lied and threatened us and because she was late and did not want to pay herself. This made our early morning start unbelievably stressful and made us nearly miss the ferry. I hope She gets a more reliable alarm clock as her rudeness and lying was not a great showcase for the company. Other than that the journey was good, rest of staff were very helpful and the umbrellas were genius. It was hard to understand the tour as the quality of microphone was terrible which was really disappointing but when you could hear the facts and info was great.

    Rovinj to Venice day trip
    • This day trip was a great taster to Venice and the excursions offered helped to maximise the time spent there.

    Slow check in
    • The check in was not organised well by the Italian authorities. People were unsure of the correct queue to get in and it was very slow with some people being let through without scanning. The ferry was late leaving Venice due to this. Once on board all was good with a smooth crossing.
