The Jersey ferry port is located in St. Helier, the island's charming and picturesque capital. Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands at nine miles by five, and is home to over fifty miles of gorgeous coastline with sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs. St. Helier also houses some fantastic VAT-free shopping, as well as some fascinating museums detailing the varied history of Jersey and a stunning waterfront, complete with a yacht-filled marina.

    Easy access

    • I am a disabled traveller and need to have my car and wheelchair to get about. When boarding I told them about my access needs and they directed me to a place where I could open my doors easily, get my wheelchair from the boot and get to the lift to the main passenger area. All very easy and efficient.

    • Ferry crossing was a pleasant start and finish to our holiday. I chose to spend most of the time outside as it can be a bit hectic indoors with kids circulating all the time. Onboard food is expensive and service slow, needs separated queues for hot food and cold food. Staff very accomodating and engaging. Great care given to a passenger who suffered a heart attack before we left Poole, a situation handled really well.
