Red Funnel ferries to the Isle of Wight and southern England, including cheap ferries to Southampton and East Cowes are not currently available on ferrysavers.com, but we are working hard to make them available soon.

To find alternative cheap routes and services you can either search for a specific ferry using our book by route engine, or you can compare ferry deals between England and the Isle of Wight by using our real-time comparison engine above. For alternative operators to Red Funnel please see our pages for Hovertravel and Wightlink.

Red Funnel is the original Isle of Wight operator, with nearly 150 years experience of crossing the Solent and the most direct route into the heart of the island. Red Funnel's ferries are the newest serving the island and operate 24 hours a day, 364 days a year between their well established route of Southampton and East Cowes, the home of world yacht racing.

Red Funnel operate the biggest car ferries to the Isle of Wight, with their 3 Raptor class ships, which take 55 minutes to cross the Solent, and also 3 high-speed catamarans, which make the journey in just 23 minutes, Red Jet 3, Red Jet 4, and Red Jet 5 (which was launched in July 2009). Onboard there's hot and cold meals, coffee and cakes, as well as a bar and free wi-fi access.
