Alcudia Information

Situated amongst the beautiful surroundings of the northern coast of Mallorca, the port of Alcudia is at the top of a large bay, home to an impressive white sandy beach. The port area is highly picturesque and represents one of the city's main attractions. Alcudia is an old town founded by the Phoenicians (it's actually the oldest city in Mallorca), and it has an historic charm.

Alcudia's waterfront is the focus of many visitors attention, with fantastic watersport opportunities available. Bars, restaurants and cafés are found all along the bay, which is also home to the town's cosmopolitan nightlife, and across Alcudia there are charming streets lined with shops and boutiques. There is also a superb and characteristic market on Sundays.

Ciutadella ferry port is located on the western side of the island of Minorca, also known as Menorca. Originally founded by the Carthaginians, Ciutadella and its ferry port have a long history and has retained many beautiful 17th century buildings built in the Italian style and Ciutadella old town is definitely worth a visit.
