    Delays
    • Unfortunately, prior to my travel my 5pm return journey was changed to 7pm. This was a real inconvenience and added to this was a delay on the day. We departed almost 45 minutes late. We all had to wait in a small loading area in high temperatures which was causing some people stress and fatigue. On board facilities were good and the staff were great.
