Please note that the information provided is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time we have received the same information from the Ferry Operators. The situation is changing rapidly and we will try to keep the website updated as soon as we receive updates from the ferry companies.
Currently it is not possible to book cheap Cuxhaven ferries with Ferrysavers, but we are working hard to have them available to book soon.
However, on Ferrysavers you can find cheap ferry deals from the nearby ports of Lubeck or Kiel, and can compare prices of ferries to Germany, Sweden and the UK using our real-time price comparison engine above, where you can search by route, time and operator to find your perfect bargain ferry crossing.
Situated on the mouth of the Elbe River, Cuxhaven is a large and important city but with a quiet, small town feel. Schloss Ritzebuettel is one of the main attractions within the city, it is a small castle-like building near the Nordersteinstra▌Ae shopping area of Cuxhaven. As well pretty beaches and World War II airship hangars to be discovered, the city is also perfect for a sport called mudflat hiking, which is a great workout as well as a lot of fun. Cuxhaven is free from pumping nightclubs and crazy nightlife, and is more of a city to come to if you want peace, quiet and a slice of old-style Germany.
