This busy harbour in Fourni is the focus of the focus of the quintessentially Greek village, full of fishing boats as well as the ferries that arrive. Tavernas and restaurants, many unsurprisingly specialising in serving the local fish, line the harbour, and as you walk to the charming town square you pass some lovely shops. However, the charming and picturesque harbour is not the only attraction on this island that locals and tourists alike claim to be a `hidden wonder'.
The island is fairly small, therefore no matter where you are on the island, you are never too far a walk away from one of Fourni's amazing beaches. If you fancy some adventure, why not take the 4 hour trek along the spine of the island to the stunning village of Chyrssomilia, situated on a steep hillside overlooking the ocean? The views of Fourni village, and all along the trek make it well-worthwhile!
