Newhaven is a small village located along England's south coast. Newhaven's ferry port is located on the eastern bank of the River Ouse, and has excellent connections to the town centre and to the surrounding villages in the area due to its road and rail networks.

Newhaven houses many excellent cafés and pubs for visitors to relax in before catching their ferry. Many travellers use Newhaven as a stopping point on their way to France and beyond, but the village is not totally without attractions, many visitors take the time before catching their ferry to take a walk around Paradise Park, or take a trip to Newhaven Fort.

    Return trip to uk

    • The booking was easily done and completed. The crossing was a bit rough but that's nothing to do with the Ferry. Day cabins were clean and tidy. I would definitely use again.

    I like DFDS

    • I wish DFDS would take over The western routes. i.e. Portsmouth-Le Harve. Operate the these routes for a lower more decent price.

    Cheap and cheerful

    • Good value for money crossing compared to Portsmouth crossings. Food selection good, but dishes often served warm not hot. Films could be offered more to provide some entertainment
