Safe journey but long, hot wait to get cars off the boat. Good meal options but no entertainment or outside space.

the ferry is spotlessly clean.... very impressive.. i have no complaints except for the member of staff who runs the shop on board... she is sullen, does not smile, and is quite offhand and rude.... the rest of the staff are lovely and professional... the catering could be improved a little....

Our 3 year old daughter loved the Warner Bros characters seen on the exterior and in the dining area. We also appreciated the soft play area. The only downside was a 40 minute delay on arrival.
