Poole Information

Poole is located on the south coast of England, and is 20 miles to the east of Dorchester. Bournemouth is adjoined to Poole on its eastern edge increasing the town's already large number of beaches and attractions. Poole's most visited attractions are located close to the Ferry port with the quayside being the most popular, with many grade I and II listed buildings and traditional public houses to explore, as well as offering visitors short cruises around the harbour and to Brownsea island near the harbours mouth.

Guernsey Information

Guernsey is a British Crown Dependency in the English Channel approximately 30 miles off of France's Normandy coastline. Guernsey offers a fantastic mix of British and French cultures coupled with excellent weather conditions such as mild winters and warm summers.

To say the least Guernsey, has it all; the best of contemporary living with bistro dining and lively pubs to exquisite up market and high street shopping, along with miles of sandy beaches, breathtaking sceneries, amazing walks and purely breathtaking floral displays all around the island.

For the more enthusiastic visitor, there are also activities such as surfing, scuba diving, cycling and horse riding. Guernsey's ferry terminal is located in St. Peter's port which is easily accessible from any part of the island.

    Good crossing
    • Generally all ok but food limited and items ran out during crossing. Upgraded seats to front lounge but one seat was jammed in the recline position.

    Disabled traveller with family
    • The only downside to this trip was the time we had to be at Poole docks which was 4.30am. The boarding took a while to complete but the staff made sure my car was right by the lift. The crossing was good both coming and going to Guernsey. I would certainly use this company again. The trip back left Guernsey at 16.30 so this was better. All in all as a disabled traveller I was very happy with the service

    Great service .
    • the Staff on the Condor gave great service all around . The ride home was quite choppy and you could see a few elderly people struggling to get around . Your staff were there supporting them getting back to seats . Great service

    Enjoyable Journey
    • Overall the experience I had with Condor Ferries was very good. The ferry was spotless and the Condor team are very courteous the only criticism i would have is the price of the onboard catering for quality of the food, saying that again the colleagues serving the food are very polite, friendly and helpful.
