The port of Tagbilaran facilities
Tagbilaran seaport now referred to by locals as the "Tagbilaran City Tourist Pier" is well-equipped and spacious. A terminal or waiting area for passengers is provided. Ticket booths, food and souvenir stalls are available inside the terminal. Outside the terminal is a wide parking area where vans for hire are parked. A specified area is set aside for small multi-cabs that will bring passengers direct to the Dao Integrated Terminal. Tricycles are also available outside if your destination is within city limits only.
The port of Tagbilaran is a place which every Boholano can be proud of. It is very clean and well-ordered. The people manning the port are courteous, soft-spoken and friendly and may be the reason why the city is often coined as the "City of Friendship" by visitors, foreign and locals alike.
The port at night will take your breath away when the fancy lights are on. The street light posters are aligned in a straight line from the entrance up to the parking area. A wide space is provided for strollers, joggers, and those who just want to relax and watch the small and large vessels pass by.
