Yarmouth Routes

Yarmouth ferry port is located on the north western coast of the Isle of Wight, Yarmouth has an idyllic and tranquil ferry port, which over the years has become popular with yachting enthusiasts and fishermen, the harbour is overlooked by Yarmouth Castle (which is open to visitors) which was built by Henry VIII to protect the Solent from invading forces.

Yarmouth Pier was built in 1876 and is the longest timber pier in England which is still open to the public. The town's square features many wonderful and amazing shops. From the harbour it is possible to take a boat to fish out in the Solent or the Needles, the pier also offers fantastic places to fish and relax.

    Expensive crossing for the distance
    • Pleasant crossing, on time. The crossing is expensive for the distance you travel. The milk was off for the tea.

    Cost
    • We did think that almost £140 was a bit expensive but to be fair it was a good safe crossing.

    Brilliant
    • We were due to go onthe 10oclock Sail but there was an issue with the engines,so somebody came round with free drinks vouchers for while we waited. Impressed with the service. Fab staff while we drove on as well!
