The Hull ferry port is located on the river Humber and is approximately 25 miles from the river's mouth and the North Sea. The city of Hull is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire, and is one of the county's biggest cities. Hull was the parliamentary seat of William Wilberforce, who set in motion the events that lead to the abolition of the slave trade in Britain. Amongst the city's landmarks are the KC Stadium and the Hull Truck theatre, as well as several large shopping centres, and miles of industry along the riverbanks.

    • It was overall a good experience for me and my family. Only thing I didnt like was the restaurants were closed at 10 and we weren't informed of that beforehand which caused us trouble.

    Convenient and comfortable
    • So much more convenient to disembark in Hull than the South Coast for the drive home to Derbyshire. Cabin was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. Catering on board was overpriced but well staffed and OK for one night and morning. The Starbucks concession was a bit of a joke though - two sandwich choices and no decaffeinated anything! Overall I would use this sailing again for the convenience.
