    Great trip
    • Great trip last week to Zeebrugge for shopping, very helpful friendly staff, quality of food was lovely but quite expensive. Cabin while small was functional. only downside to trip is they keep knockng your door and rush you to disembark both there and back home and the bus into the town and back to the port only runs twice a day not every 30 minutes as stated.

    Great way to travel
    • Great in every way. Ate in both the Brasserie and the kitchen. For variety the kitchen is amazing. The seafood was too cold - not been taken out of the fridges early enough. Other than that, the food was great. Staff we all very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be using the service again. Club cabins are well appointed - bunk cabins pretty basic.

    Better musician at last
    • Last few times piano bar singers have been poor but this time the act was much better. Shower in cabin broken no hot water sink blocked. Couldn't hear announcements in cabin

    Eating in the Brasserie
    • We decided to eat in the Brasserie and found it was a big mistake. Far too many children shouting and playing up for a nice meal. The staff were not that good. Took far too long to firstly actually get someone to take our order. And then too long for that Oder to get to our table. I waited 20 mins to order my starter. People who had just sat down were then instantly looked after. One of those actually apologised to me for that.

    Smooth and pleasant
    • Our crossing was smooth and pleasant. Staff really helpful, the whole process was efficient. Good choice of meals and lodgings neat and tidy. Expensive but a great way to get to Belgium from the North of the UK.
