The Ibiza ferry port is situated in Ibiza town. The access to Ibiza ferry port is off Avenida Santa Eulalia and the passenger terminal is called 'Estacion Maritima del Puerto'.

Ibiza is one of the Balearic Islands situated in the Mediterranean Sea and belonging to Spain. The island of Ibiza is world renowned for its summer parties, especially in Ibiza town and Sant Antoni (San Antonio) which has its own port, with thousands of people crowding the big summer club nights hosted in some of Europe's most famous venues. However, Ibiza has its fair share of quiet areas that can be found such as "God's Finger" in the Benirràs Bay as well as some of the more traditional Ibicenco cultural sites., helping make this a perennially popular destination.

Barcelona Information

Barcelona's ferry port is one of the largest and most important in the Mediterranean, with many ferries departing every day as well as regular cruise ship arrivals. The ports is located right in the heart of the city near Las Ramblas and many of the favourite tourist destinations.

A truly global location, Barcelona is the 2nd largest city in Spain and capital of Catalonia. It is located in the "comarca" of Barcelonès, along the Mediterranean coast. Barcelona is an economic, financial and cultural centre, and a destination famous for its electric nightlife, shopping, beaches, cuisine, football and parks. Thanks to its wonderful climate and these many cultural offerings, Barcelona is perennially one of the most popular destinations in Europe.

Barcelona is also rightly renowned for its unique contemporary architecture and the iconic works of the architect Antoni Gaudí. His most famous work is the huge (yet unfinished) temple of the Sagrada Família, billed for completion in 2026. Other examples of his work are the Palau Güell, the Park Güell, the Casa Milà (La Pedrera) and the Casa Batlló. Barcelona is home to many beautiful parks and beaches, an array of museums, galleries and music venues and countless restaurants, as well as Las Ramblas, the most lively street in the city and the many fascinating side streets leading from it.

    Atlantic weather !!!
    • You can't control the weather. A rough crossing. If it had been brilliant sunshine and flat calm it would have been like a mini Mediterranean cruise with a interesting entry into Barcelona. However misty, raining . Check in could have been better organised people left wondering what to do and where to go ! (We were foot passengers) staff on board very good (lots of vomit !!). It may have been cheaper to fly but certainly better than the sanitised airport 2 hour pre flight check in, transfer and cramped conditions of a plane and hey life is about different experiences. All things considered if the weather had been good I highly recommend it as an alternative to flying.

    A nice experience
    • It's a little bit more budget but still not a bad experience. The checking in at Ibiza can be confusing. The boarding of the ferry can be confusing otherwise all other aspects are fine. You can warm your food from the cafe in the microwaves provided.
