This small Greek island is the smallest of the Dodecanese islands. Upon your arrival into the port, you are greeted by picturesque scenery and unbelievable beaches that you'll want to visit as soon as you step off of the ferry. Kastelorizo is a special island, not only because of the incredible Palaiokastro, the oldest site on the island that is definitely a must-see, but because it's geophysical position means that it is the crossroads between Europe, the Middle East and Egypt.

Kastelorizo is full of well-preserved foothills that are perfect for long, lazy walks whilst taking in the astonishing scenery of the island. With beaches, never more than half an hour's walk away, and green rolling hills, you'll find that walking is probably the only option to explore this amazing island.
