Originally Portsmouth to Le Havre and Le Havre to Portsmouth, this was changed due to Brexit and our return was then via Caen. Caen is so much better than Le Havre and the ferry was not economy so had a lot better facilities. In future we will go via Caen as comfort is appreciated more as you get older.

12 May 2019Chance of a break after long journey
Travelled from Manchester to cat h the ferry, short wait to board. We embarked onto the ship and found lots of nice comfy seats, where I was able to sleep before my long journey to Spain. First time I have used this route, but will do more now.

The whole process of checking in and boarding was very efficient. The staff on board were welcoming. My husband and I had booked a cabin which was clean and comfortable. If I had a criticism it would be that the cabin was far too warm and there were no instructions for the air conditioning. Other than that, couldn't fault it.

16 Jan 2019Excellent value
If there had been even minimal access to hot or cold drinks and maybe som e light snacks this would have a 5 star review but everything closes leaving you with just 2 vending machines on the entire vessel.
