10 Jul 2019Good value
My only criticism is that on the return journey their was no coffee available at the bar and the self service cafe was closed for much of the journey. Other than that all was fine. Thankyou

09 Jul 2019Good Value
Very good experience at a great price. Excellent customer service and very convenient overnight sailing times. only thing that would have improved it would have been a cabin had one been available.

02 Jul 2019Normandy Visit
Good slick operation, with very good employees at both Portsmouth, LeHarve and on board. 'Economie' certainly has a stripped down duty free but the Stella in the bar tasted the same so happy days, plus the cabins are better. As ever check in, security checks etc could be improved from a information perspective as to timings so you know how long you can relax in the terminal before progressing.
