    Decent travel
    • Apart from big delay going out of 6 hours both inbound and outbound journey were good I had reclining seats for my return journey but due to having a 10 month old baby it was very easy to sort onboard accommodation out at a reasonable price. Food is well priced and portion size good and plenty for children to do. Will definitely do it again.

    Very smooth and quiet crossing
    • Despite some high seas, the boat was quiet, smooth and comfortable. It was the economy one which we didn't realise before travelling so that was a disappointment. Staff were lovely though.

Brilliant except for the delays and digfferent destination
    • Both crossings were delayed (not as much as some though, only a few hours) and ended up in Plymouth and having to cross a city during rush-hour rather than Portsmouth which goes straight onto the motorway. The ferry, the staff and the facilities were excellent.

    Brittany Ferry Problems
    • Hi, just a few lines about our trip with Brittany Ferries. Firstly the problem with engine fire two weeks before departure, then having to travel to Plymouth instead of Portsmouth and finally being told there was another problem with the rudder whilst we were in Spain. The information or lack of it as to being back in service kept us in the dark. the whole time. Thanks to Ferrysavers they work hard to rearrange a return from Bilbao to Portsmouth although a day later. We are aware that problems can happen but thought that Brittany Ferries response could have been better, P.
