Scrabster ferry port is located on the north coast of Scotland. The main ferry terminal and town of Scrabster are situated just 1.5 miles north of Thurso, and 112 miles north of Inverness. The town's waterfront and town centre houses a selection of fine restaurants and local pubs including the 'Captains Galley' which in 2009 was awarded the title of top seafood restaurant in the UK.

Easy journey. Flat calm crossing. Seemed to be lots of vehicles but no difficulty finding quiet spots on board. Quick service and was off ship in no time at Scrabster. Only disappointment was not seeing an Orca!!!
