1st time ferry travellers
- excellent journey even though the ferry was late and had to be diverted to Plymouth.Very friendly and helpful staff

Wifi
- The check in was very good. The sailing was very good. The staff and catering was very good. The only thing that let the crossing down was having to pay for the internet. We have never paid for wifi on a crossing for years. This will influence my choice of who I book the next crossing with. Shame to let yourself down with this as overall your service is excellent.

- Other than being refused access to my paid seat by 2 sleeping bag holders everything was very good. Could have been a problem if there had not been available seating elsewhere.
