    My Journey
    • Check in was very quick no fuss. The check in personnel gave clear instructions and were very polite. The cabin on board was clean and tidy. The food was just ok but nothing to be excited about. I was very disappointed with to free WiFi it took an age to get logged on and once logged on it was so slow that we both got fed up waiting and closed our phones.

It was good, but too long a drive!
    • After driving from Alicante, then onwards to Scotland, the title speaks for itself. The roads in Spain where excellent. In France, good in parts but there was a lot of road works, which caused lots of delay. Add that to Navigating Paris and you will understand my resistance in doing it again. Prices onboard too high, £5 for a bread roll and bacon. (1 slice)

    • Seamless, paperless and smooth check-in. On time departure. Even a mobile snack van at the boarding queue. Best ever of many crossings

    Crossing good check in poor
    • Whilst there was no issue with my crossing and the facilities on board the check in process was very slow and frustrating. Cars have about six lanes to wait in however they filter down to about four meaning that you have to squeeze into other queues to the consternation of other drivers. If this could be improved then that would make a big difference to the experience.
